Viewing and Managing Your Credits

Promotional Credits:

Promotional Credits are special credits offered to you by a salesperson based on your transaction history. These credits can be redeemed using one of the following types of coupon codes:

  • Public Coupon Code: A code that is shared with multiple customers. Anyone who receives this code can apply it to their eligible purchases.
  • Unique Coupon Code: A personalized code provided exclusively to you. This code is specific to your account and can only be used by you to redeem credits.

Referral Credits:

Referral Credits are awarded when you refer a friend or colleague to Zoho services. When your referral successfully signs up and makes a purchase, you earn credits that can be applied toward your future transactions.

How to Refer and Earn Credits:

  • Click on the Your Store Details menu in the top-right corner.
  • Select the Refer and Earn option.

  • Generate your unique referral URL.
  • Share this referral link with your friends or colleagues.

Earned Credits:

Earned Credits are rewards given to you as part of promotional campaigns or special offers during a purchase. These credits may be accumulated based on specific transactions and can be applied to reduce costs on future payments.

Others:

Other credits include special incentives or rewards provided under specific conditions. These may include:

  • Discounts applied to specific transactions.
  • Free services offered as part of a promotional period.

How to Check the Usage of Other Credits:

  • If you hover over the question mark (?) icon next to the credit amount in the "Other Credits" column, you will see a description of which services these credits can be used for.
