Everyone hates wasting time. At Zoho, we often talk to teams who want to avoid repetitive tasks. That’s why we work on the cloud, which allows us to create automated workflows.

We are thrilled to announce that Zoho Sprints is now available on Zapier, an integrated platform that connects 1000+ web applications. Work smarter. Increase your team’s agility. Connect all your favorite apps with Zoho Sprints.

Not sure where to start? Talk to your team. They’re probably eager to tell you which tasks are not only time-consuming but also monotonous. We’ve gone ahead and created some Zap templates for the most common problems. There, we’ve already saved you more time.

1. Google Sheets + Zoho Sprints

Google Sheets is great, but adding user stories and tasks or listing bugs is tedious. Especially when you must enter updates to your backlog manually. But with this integration, each new work item is automatically created in Zoho Sprints whenever a Google Sheets row is updated.

2. Github + Zoho Sprints

If your teams log all the issues of a project on Github and if you are planning to start a Sprint, you can make use of this integration to automatically create a new work item in Zoho Sprints for each GitHub issue that is opened.

 3. Slack + Zoho Sprints

If you use Slack to collaborate and brainstorm with your teams, browsing through archived conversations is not an effective way to get the context. Instead, you can use this integration to instantly add starred Slack messages to Zoho Sprints as work items.

That’s not all; you can find more Zap templates here.

We’ve also created help documentation to assist you to set up your Zapier account. We’d love to know more about some of the repetitive tasks that you want to automate. Let us know in the comments below, and we’d be happy to create a Zap template for you.

Happy automating!
