Zoho Spark - Terms Of Use (Zoholics Conference)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Zoholics conference (hereinafter "Event") and constitute a binding contract between Zoho Corporation B.V. and its affiliates (hereinafter "Zoho", "we", or "us") and you or the entity that you represent (hereinafter "you" or "your"). By completing and submitting the registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Event Registration.

To participate in the Event, you are required to provide complete and accurate contact information, such as your name and email address, in the registration form.

Creation and Use of Demo Account.

  1. Upon successful registration, Zoho will create a temporary Zoho account ("Demo Account") for you to access Zoho CRM. The login credentials for this Demo Account will be sent to the email address provided by you during registration
  2. You must use the Demo Account solely to explore the functionalities of Zoho CRM during the Event.
  3. You must only input mock or test data in the Demo Account and must not input or store any confidential or personal data.

Personal Information and Privacy.

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge and agree that any personal information you provide in connection with this Event will be processed in accordance with Zoho's Privacy Policy.

Deletion of Demo Account.

You understand that Zoho provides the Demo Account only on a temporary basis. Upon twenty (20) days from the conclusion of the Event, Zoho will permanently delete the Demo Account and all associated data stored in it.

Disclaimer of Liability

You understand and agree that Zoho CRM is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. Zoho shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Zoho CRM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands (excluding the rules governing conflict of laws). Any dispute arising out of or resulting from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amsterdam to the exclusion of all other courts.
