AI Usage Terms - Create with Zia in Zoho Social

These terms govern your usage of Create with Zia in Zoho Social. Create with Zia comprises of: (i) Compose with Zia, which enables you to generate or polish content using AI for posts or captions that you post on your social media accounts; and (ii) Reply with Zia, which enables you to draft replies to the comments or messages that you receive on your social media accounts using AI. This feature is powered by Zia, Zoho's in-house AI engine, and also integrates with third party AI services (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT) to enhance its features.

By using Create with Zia, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Data Sharing

  • When you use this feature, your prompts may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers, in addition to being processed by Zoho.
  • If you have concerns about sharing specific content, you should refrain from entering it into this feature or take additional precautions.

2. Accuracy and Suitability of AI Output

  • AI-generated output may not always be accurate, reliable or suitable for a specific purpose. They are provided for informational or assistive purposes and may contain errors, or omissions.
  • You should exercise your own judgment and expertise when using AI-generated output and not rely solely on it for critical decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Zoho does not own or claim copyright over any content generated by its services or by third-party AI service providers.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content to ensure it does not violate third-party rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Zoho makes no guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or suitability of the AI-generated output.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zoho disclaims liability for any damages or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

5. User Responsibility

  • You remain responsible for how you utilize, share, and act upon AI-generated output.
  • You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws including AI governance laws.
  • Always verify critical information and seek additional professional advice if needed.

By using Zoho Social and its AI features including Create with Zia, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them. You understand and agree that these terms supersede any other prior agreements between you and Zoho.
