Twitter Integration—Terms and Conditions

These Twitter Integration Terms and Conditions (“Twitter Integration Terms”) govern your use of Twitter Account through Zoho Social. Enabling the Twitter integration signifies your acceptance of the Twitter Integration Terms and Zoho General Terms of Service.

Definitions

  1. Data means any and all content, media, information and data made available to Zoho through the Twitter Technology.
  2. Twitter Content means Tweets, Tweet IDs, Twitter end user profile information, and any other content of Twitter made available to Zoho through Twitter Technology or by any other means authorized by Twitter, and any copies and derivative works thereof.
  3. Twitter Technology means Twitter’s proprietary, real-time and historical Data delivery platform, Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”), Software Development Kits (“SDKs”), software plugins, code, libraries, protocols, formats, documentation, and other materials, as it may be updated from time to time and made available to Zoho by Twitter.

Acceptance of Twitter Terms of Service

In connection with your use of Twitter through Zoho Social, you acknowledge and agree that you have accepted to be and are bound by the Twitter Terms of Service located at http://twitter.com/tos

Disclosure of Personal Information

Enabling the Twitter integration may result in the disclosure of personal information to Twitter. Twitter’s use of such personal information is subject to Twitter’s Privacy Policy. Zoho is not responsible for any of Twitter’s use of your disclosed information.

Deletion of your Data

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, on termination of the agreement with Twitter, Zoho will, upon reasonable notice to you, permanently delete Data in all forms and types, and copies thereof, stored in your Zoho Social user account.

Government Users

If you are or act on behalf of any government-related entity (hereinafter referred to as “Government User”), you acknowledge and agree that Twitter reserves the right to prohibit us from making the Twitter Content available to you.

The Twitter Technology and Twitter Content are "commercial items" as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212.

If you are an U.S. Government User, you acknowledge and agree that, any use by you of Twitter Technology and Twitter Content must be in accordance with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4.

Modification of Twitter Integration Terms

Zoho reserves the right to modify Twitter Integration Terms. Modifications to the Twitter Integration Terms are effective upon your use of Twitter Integration subsequent to publication of such modification.
