Viewing and Responding
Your Live Stream will show you various types of social activities, such as Likes, Mentions, Follows, Replies, Shares and Wall Posts.
When you click on a social activity, you will see available internal actions such as Follow (Twitter and Instagram), +Add to CRM, and Discuss (to talk about the interaction with your team collaborators). These actions help your team to engage with, manage, and grow your relationship with your customers.
For every social activity in the Live Stream, you can also see whether it's the first time the Connection has engaged with your Brand, and how many previous engagements they've had.

To directly respond to a post, select Reply, Like, Tweet, Retweet, or Direct Message.
