Social Channels (Overview)

Once you've added your Brands to Zoho Social, you can then manage your brand's social channels (Profiles and Pages) across the social networks you have connected. Zoho Social currently supports a set of five social networks. You can connect to all of them, or just the ones that you are active on. The following social channels are supported on Zoho Social:

  • Facebook pages
  • Twitter profiles
  • Instagram profiles
  • LinkedIn pages
  • LinkedIn profiles
  • Google+ pages
  • Google+ profiles

If you're a new member, you'll be prompted to connect a social channel as soon as you log in. Click on the channel you want to connect and follow the prompts. 

If you want to connect additional channels of other social networks to your Brand after setting it up, you can do so in two ways.

Under Brand Health in your Home tab, you will find the 'Add More Channels' option. Click the greyed out icon of the channels that you want to connect to, and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can also add more channels to your Brand by clicking Social Channels under Setup. Click on Connect button next to the channel you'd like to add to your Brand, and follow the on-screen prompts.
