Notify Brand Members
- Click Setup in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Brand Members and Roles from the drop-down menu.
- Go to the Notifications tab on the left panel.
- You will see the three available types of actions. Click Add Member next to an action to allow team members from your Brand to receive email notifications for it.
- To turn off notifications for a member, hover over their name and click the X icon.
- To switch off notifications for every Zoho Social member on your account, click the checkbox next to the action name. You can turn notifications back on at any time by re-checking the box.
- You can also turn Notifications on or off for a connected social network by checking or unchecking the box next to it.
