Notify Brand Members

  1. Click Setup in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Brand Members and Roles from the drop-down menu.
  2. Go to the Notifications tab on the left panel.
  3. You will see the three available types of actions. Click Add Member next to an action to allow team members from your Brand to receive email notifications for it.
  4. To turn off notifications for a member, hover over their name and click the X icon.
  5. To switch off notifications for every Zoho Social member on your account, click the checkbox next to the action name. You can turn notifications back on at any time by re-checking the box.
  6. You can also turn Notifications on or off for a connected social network by checking or unchecking the box next to it.
