Notifications

Portal and Brand Admins in Zoho Social can decide which team members get notified of specific actions. 

There are three types of actions that you can receive email notifications for:

  • When a scheduled post goes live on a social network.
  • When a scheduled post fails to go live on a social network.
  • When a social network gets disconnected from Zoho Social because its authentication token has expired, prompting the member to log back into the social network.
