1. Why can't I add my connections as a CRM Contact or Lead?
A. You will only be able to see +Add to CRM and the Lead Generation tab if you are a Zoho CRM user and have integrated Zoho Social with Zoho CRM. Learn more about Zoho CRM Integration with Zoho Social.
2. What is the difference between a CRM Lead and a CRM Contact?
A. CRM Leads are Connections that have provided their contact information to you and have the potential to be converted into CRM Contacts. For example, you participate in a conference and collect information from people visiting your booth. These visitors would be considered Leads. Your sales team members will typically call or email these Leads and see if they are interested in buying your services or products.
CRM Contacts are Leads that you have followed up on by establishing a professional relationship, with whom you now have an ongoing interaction. For instance, one of your conference visitors is interested in your products, and you talk with them once a week as you try to close a deal.
3. Is there a feature to send out responses automatically to those who follow me or like my page?
A. The auto response feature is not currently available in Zoho Social. When it comes to building relationships with your audience, we believe it's best to customize your messages/responses and engage with them personally. Every person is unique in their own way and with personalized responses, you will have the chance to grab the right kind of opportunity to engage and gain feedback. Automating all the features tends to remove the human element from these interactions, which is why we encourage interacting with leads as authentically as possible.
4. Is it possible to see if I'm generating revenue from the leads that I add?
A. Absolutely. Click Reports and navigate to CRM in the right panel. Head to the Revenue tab. You will find details of the revenue generated from the deals that you've successfully won. You will also find an option known as Lead Source to filter and check which social media network is helping your business earn revenue.
5. What does 'Associate to Existing' do?
A. Associate to Existing refers to associating a particular Connection's profile to their existing contact on Zoho CRM.
