1. Will people that I add as leads and contacts show up in reports?
Yes. Whether you manually or automatically add someone as a Lead or a Contact, it'll show up in CRM reports under their respective columns.
2. Is there a way to find out how many potentials I've lost or won in a time frame of my choice?
Absolutely. Head to CRM Reports and click on the Potentials column. In the top-right corner, you will notice a filter called Stage. By clicking on it, you will be able to filter your potentials in terms of Open, Won or Lost. Next, you can click on the calendar icon that's placed above the reports table to choose the time frame.
3. How do I check which social network is helping me generate the most revenue?
You can filter your reports based on the different social networks that are supported in Zoho CRM.
Go to the Revenue column in CRM Reports, and click on the Lead Source filter placed on the extreme right. You can click on either Facebook, Twitter, or Google + to measure which social network is generating the largest amount of revenue for your business.
