Connect Social Networks to Get Started

New to Zoho Social? 

If you don't already have your social accounts configured in Zoho CRM, you can get started by connecting your brand's social networks to Zoho Social. Every Brand can have up to five social networks connected to it:

  • Facebook page
  • LinkedIn company page
  • Google + page
  • Twitter profile
  • Instagram profile

New to Zoho CRM?

If you are already a Zoho Social member, and you sign up for Zoho CRM for the first time, you will need to add the same social networks that are connected in Zoho Social to Zoho CRM before you can integrate.

To add social networks in Zoho CRM:
 
1. Click the ellipsis (...) in the navigation bar.
2. Select Social from the drop-down.
3. Click the gear icon on the left to access Social settings.
4. Click on the Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ link, then click + Add Account.
5. Sign in to your account to authorize Zoho CRM to use it.
 
After both Zoho Social and Zoho CRM have the same social networks configured, you will need to enable the integration for each social network in Zoho Social:

1. Click Setup in the upper-right
2. Select Social Networks from the drop-down.
 
For Facebook, Twitter, or Google +, click on the CRM integration toggle button to enable it. When it is green, the integration between Zoho Social and Zoho CRM is active.
You can also disable the integration at any time from here. Gray indicates that it is inactive.

Already a Zoho CRM user?

If you are already a Zoho CRM user and you log in to Zoho Social for the first time, the configured social networks in your CRM account will be pulled up and registered in Zoho Social. You will see your pages and profiles listed when you log in to the tool for the first time.

If you do not have a page or a profile configured in Zoho CRM, get started by clicking on the Connect button.
 
If you are not the admin of your CRM account, then you can invite an admin to add the accounts for you. Click Invite your CRM Admin and select their name from the list as shown in the image below.

After you are done inviting them, you can chat with them through the Ping feature:
