Accessing Messages

Click the Messages tab in the Zoho Social dashboard. This is where you can view all the private messages sent to your Brand's Facebook page or Twitter Handle.

If you wish to view messages for a particular network, say Facebook, click on the All (drop-down menu) and select Facebook. You'll see your private messages received in the Facebook inbox.

You can see the Connection's profile information, recent tweets and interaction history in the sidebar.
