Managing Social Networks

How do I connect to a different social network?

Make sure you've logged out of any active sessions (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) from your browser.

  1. Click Setup icon in Zoho Social
  2. Click Social networks > Disconnect > Connect.

Why can't I re-authenticate my social networks?

Only users with administrator access to the social networks can authenticate them in Zoho Social.
