How can I integrate my Zoho Sign and Zoho Desk accounts?
In Zoho Desk, go to Setup and select All under Marketplace. Search for "Zoho Sign for Zoho Desk" and click Integrate to enable the extension. Note that you must have a paid Zoho Desk account and an active Zoho Sign account to be able to use this extension.
What Zoho Sign features can I use in this extension?
You can use most of Zoho Sign's features using this extension. This includes signing documents yourself and sending documents out for signatures. You can add private notes, set authentication codes and reminders, select delivery modes, and specify recipient information just as you would on the Zoho Sign interface. You can also track document status and check activity history.
How do I check if my recipient has signed a document?
Click on the Menu icon next to your organization's name and select All Documents. Choose the category of documents you want to view from the drop-down menu. Click on a document to see whether the document has been sent and whether the recipient has viewed and signed the document.
