Zoho Sign also has tight integrations across Microsoft apps, Google apps, and other third-party integrations. It's ideal for organizations looking to automate their contract management lifecycle.
For initial setup: 1. Select Send for signatures on your Zoho Sign dashboard. 2. Click on Upload and choose Cloud. 3. Select OneDrive and authenticate your account to start importing files. To export a signed agreement or template: 1. On the Completed documents tab, click on Actions against the agreement you want to export, choose Save to cloud. 2. Pick the OneDrive folder you'd like to export to to save it. To enable automatic cloud backup: 1. Hover over Settings and click Account Settings. 2. Choose the Automatic cloud backup tab and click the checkbox to enable it. 3. Select the folder, file name format, and date format, and click Save.
