Confidence and compliance in every signature
IgniSign is a trust service provider (TSP) and an authorized provider of advanced electronic signatures (AES) within the European Union. Under the EU's eIDAS regulation, AES offer a high level of assurance by requiring strong signer authentication using government-issued identification.
With the integration between Zoho Sign and IgniSign, EU-based signers can digitally sign documents using an AES backed by a valid digital certificate. This certificate can be issued through any approved EU eID authentication method, ensuring every signature is secure, compliant, and legally recognized across the EU.

How does this integration work?
The administrator enables the IgniSign integration from Zoho Sign's integration settings page.
The sender uploads documents, configures the signing workflow, selects IgniSign as one of the digital signature providers, and sends the documents for signature.
The signer fills in all required fields in the document and chooses to sign using IgniSign.
The signer is redirected to IgniSign, where they complete the identity verification process. Once verified, the signer applies an AES and completes the signing.
