How does the integration work?

To use this integration, your Zoho Sign admin must first enable the USB Digital Signature feature under Integrations. Once you've sent the document and your signer has reviewed its contents, they can complete the signing process as follows:

  • Select USB token under the Sign via dropdown.

  • When prompted, open the Zoho Sign application.

  • Select the certificate from the Sign via USB token pop-up and click Proceed to finish signing the document.

  • After signing, the signer can download the document and completion certificate if needed.
