What is Zoho Sign?
Zoho Sign is a complete digital signature app that enables businesses to securely sign, send, and manage documents from one place. It goes the extra mile in verifying signer identities and ensures the highest level of legal compliance when signing documents digitally across borders.
Sign documents yourself
Using the Sign Yourself feature, you can quickly e-sign documents and effortlessly send the digitally signed copies to one or multiple recipients.
To sign documents on your Android device, follow these steps:
- Tap the + icon on the homepage to add a document from your device, your cloud storage, or by scanning a physical copy.
- After adding the files, hit next and choose the Sign Yourself option.
- Add the required form fields and sign the document.
- If necessary, email the signed copies to the intended recipients.
Send documents for signatures
You can send documents to others for signatures using the Send for Signatures option.
To send documents for digital signing on your Android device, follow these steps:
- Tap the + icon to add a document from your device, your cloud storage, or by scanning a physical copy.
- Next, tap Send for Signatures, enter the recipient details, and set their signer roles.
- Tap Done and assign the necessary signer fields for each recipient to finish the process.
Whether you're uploading documents or using the bulk send option to send documents to multiple recipients, Zoho Sign simplifies the signature process and ensures hassle-free collaboration.
Signing received documents
There are various ways to e-sign a document that requires your signature:
Method 1: Signing from the Zoho Sign web app dashboard
- Initiate the document signing process by selecting the document under Need Your Signature in your Zoho Sign dashboard.
- Upon selecting the document, the corresponding envelope will load along with the document information.
- You can sign the document, assign it to someone else, or decline the document.
- To begin the e-signing process, click on the start signing button and agree to the terms.
- When done, click on the signer field and complete the signing process.
Method 2: Printing and physically signing the document
- Begin the signing process by selecting the document you need to sign under Need Your Signatures in your Zoho Sign dashboard.
- Click Start Signing and agree to the terms.
- Click the ellipsis icon on the top right and select Print and Physically Sign.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Download the document you need for printing.
- After printing and physically signing the document, upload it under Step 2 in the Print and Physically Sign window, and hit Finish. You can upload the document as a file, image, or scan it using your phone's camera.
- The sender will review the uploaded document and accept it in order to complete or proceed further in the signing process.
Method 3: Signing via the Zoho Sign app on your Android device via deep-linking
- Initiate the signing process by clicking the Start Signing button from the respective email. The button will redirect you to the Zoho Sign application.
- Click Proceed to Sign and agree to the terms.
- Complete the signing process by filling in the fields assigned by the sender.
Method 4: Sign from Android mobile notifications
- Begin the signing process by clicking the Zoho Sign notification regarding the document. This will redirect you to the Start Signing page on the Zoho Sign app.
- View the document summary, and click Start Signing.
- Accept the terms and conditions, and fill in the signer fields to finish the signing process.
