Meet Nadja Otašević
With over eight years of experience, Nadja excels in legal negotiations, media law, and risk analysis. She also serves as an attorney at law, providing general legal counsel to various clients across the business and media sectors. Her passion lies in providing innovative and effective solutions at the intersection of law, technology, and media.
As Head of Legal and Human Resources at Wild Vision, Nadja bridges people, business needs, and compliance. She oversees all legal aspects of the company—from contracts and compliance to intellectual property and privacy. In her role, she manages cross-border contracts, ensures all documentation complies with platform policies, coordinates HR with the Belgrade team, and structures workflows within Zoho Sign and other Zoho apps for automated operations.
What does Wild Vision do?
Founded in 2020, Wild Vision is a creator-focused media company that helps build visibility and additional revenue for video creators. Headquartered in Bournemouth, England with 15 employees, the company has a global presence with over 70 contractors in Serbia, Australia, Brazil, and the USA. The company collects videos from clients and helps them optimize their content with end-to-end support, including editing, scheduling, tailoring for target audiences, and community building. Then, the video is diversified across revenue streams for more visibility and income.
How does Wild Vision do it?
As Nadja explained, the company goal is to ensure "clients don't have to do anything" after submitting their videos. The content is optimized and posted on OTT platforms, MSN, Spotify, and AI licensing sites, along with social media like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. "Some clients' videos even end up on in-flight entertainment!" she said. She proudly added, "We are among the top five publishers on Facebook worldwide, and we are MSN's longest-serving video content provider."
The Challenge
Before using Zoho Sign, Wild Vision's approval workflows were disorganized and delayed.
A globally distributed team and varying time zones posed further problems. "Getting one signature could easily take a whole week. We also didn't have centralized visibility on the signing status, so if people forgot to sign, it took us longer," Nadja explained.
She continued, "We saw a lot of errors while manually doing paperwork. People would use outdated templates, and I couldn't control access to templates to ensure data was not changed. We also did not have audit trails to track document activity. Plus, there was a lot of back and forth via email correspondence in correcting errors and explaining how to enter some data to clients."
Wild Vision tried Docusign before moving to Zoho Sign, but it didn't work for them. The Docusign account was tied only to one person, so if multiple directors or members of an organization needed to sign, they each had to purchase an account. This isolated approach would add heavily to the company's operational costs, and the shift to Zoho Sign offered a more unified, cost-effective path.
The Solution
Zoho Sign helped Nadja mitigate errors, reduce email correspondence, and ensure compliant signature workflows at Wild Vision.
Standardized agreements = fewer errors
"I love standardized agreements because they reduce our errors to less than 2%, and that is critical in legal and compliance," Nadja said. "If someone wants to get a signature now, they have to send agreements directly through [Zoho] CRM using our pre-fixed Zoho Sign templates, so there is nothing a salesperson can change that I, as a legal advisory, haven't allowed for—like the date or the percentages of the deal. This lets us have standardized templates which act as a single source of legal truth. We can rest assured that there are no mistakes or varying versions of the agreement. We are completely standardized and compliant now."
Pre-filled fields and tracking from Zoho CRM
Wild Vision integrated Zoho Sign with its Zoho CRM account for efficient data mapping and quicker signing. Despite the company's varying types of agreements, this integration ensured the seamless and error-free flow of information from Zoho CRM to Zoho Sign and back to Zoho CRM.
"We mainly sign three types of agreements: the regular policy and offer signings, vendor and contractor agreements, and creator agreements, which are the largest by volume. Zoho Sign is compatible across all these types of agreements. Also, data on our [Zoho] CRM is mapped and pre-filled onto the fields in our Zoho Sign templates, which makes it very efficient. The best part is once signed, the information is fed back into Zoho CRM. We can track the progress of the agreement, and stay compliant and transparent this way.", elaborated Nadja
Integrated and affordable network of apps
With Zoho Sign's integration with other Zoho apps, Wild Vision had a seamless flow of operations across departments. Nadja commented, "Earlier, with Docusign, we faced the challenge of having to purchase multiple accounts and syncing them across people to get signatures. But now, we have everything in one place. We all use Zoho [Sign] from a single system and it does not incur any additional cost."
Audit trails and reminders
"During the high season for media companies, we sign more than 100 documents a month, so when we need something and can't search it up or tie it to a person, it makes us look bad," said Nadja. With Zoho Sign, we have clear audit trails and real-time tracking. Reminders are sent and tracking updates are received without any manual follow-ups or interventions. There is also centralized visibility and search options that allow anyone to look up a file and see when it was mailed, if it was signed, and all its data."
Customizable fields
"Fields in Zoho Sign are really easy to use, and my favorite feature is where I can label fields with information on what must go in them so clients know exactly what to type. For instance, we have something called a 'Facebook payout account ID' that customers often don't know where to find on Facebook. I would get lots of emails on how to find it. But now, I add that explanation with the field and the emails have gone down by 90%!" said Nadja.
Benefits and ROI
"As a lawyer, I would definitely recommend Zoho Sign," Nadja said. "It reduces the amount of time spent on paperwork with pre-filled templates, integrated workflows, and real-time tracking. Our paperwork now gets done in days, not weeks. No drafts or agreements are misaligned, as all agreements are templated and standardized, and with tamper-proof audit trails. This made us compliance-friendly and cut error margins massively. Our errors went down to below 2% and email threads reduced by 90%."
She continued,

Nadja was delighted with her experience and looks forward to continue using Zoho Sign in integration with other apps in the Zoho suite.
