Venkatesh is the manager of the MIS and Automation team at Dexian Technologies. He also oversees the implementation and support of Zoho apps for HRMS, payroll, accounting, and CRM across India, Bangladesh, and Europe. The Challenge
As a company that works with customers in varying capacities, Dexian saw its paperwork load increase—from employment agreements and process documents to legal compliance files, consent and withdrawal forms, and service contracts. This is really helpful with our HRMS paperwork, where we are able configure multiple HRMS agreements within one envelope through the integration."
He added, "It lets us track the agreement progress in real time and also sends automated reminders to recipients who haven't completed signing, making our job simpler. What's amazing is that the documents are stored in our system once all parties sign them."
