What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new set of EU regulations that aims to give residents of the European Union full control over their personal data. Simply put, EU residents will now have a greater say over what, how, why, where, and when their personal data is used, processed, or disposed.

Who does it concern?

The GDPR covers all citizens and residents within the EU. Every organization that's located within the EU or has customers in the EU needs to comply.

So, how does ShowTime help you in your GDPR compliance journey?

Your information is safe with us

Two-factor authentication ensure that users are provided with a secured sign-in. By restricting access to the presenter's profile and attendee details to within the user's ShowTime account, Zoho ShowTime guarantees information protection for users and their attendees too.

    Secure processing

Every session recording is processed in a highly secure 256-bit AES encryption to ensure only Zoho ShowTime users can view and publish the actual recording from their ShowTime account.

    Right to portability

Your attendees have the right to request the personal information they shared with you while registering for your session. Zoho ShowTime helps you to export attendees' registration details in a password-protected CSV or XLS file.

    Right to be forgotten

Participants can request that you delete the data they shared with you on the session registration page. Admin options include the ability to delete any specific participant's information from Zoho ShowTime so that you can comply with this request.

    Accessibility made easy

As a user, you will be able to access all the sessions you have created and completed on Zoho ShowTime. You can choose whether to retain or delete a particular session with a single click.
