Running your business in different time zones? There's no more confusion when users clock in from different time zones. We've made it easier for you to calculate total hours worked based on your organization's central time zone.

Earlier, you could assign shift templates to either one or all schedules and positions. With our new enhancement, you can select and assign multiple schedules and positions using a single template and reuse it across your teams for faster and more flexible scheduling.

You can search through different schedules and positions in the schedule editor. We've added the search option so you can browse quickly and select the right option without endlessly scrolling. 

Locate employees assigned to specific positions without manually going through the entire list. You can filter one or more positions to quickly find what you need.

Send invitations and emails based on the language configured in your employee's profile, making communication more personal and easier to comprehend.

We’ve added a Pending Approvals filter under Open Shift Requests so you can narrow down the list and take action without digging through every request.

Late clock-ins and early clock-outs now support a 60-minute window, offering flexibility while preserving control.

The time-off request approval process is now more transparent, as you can view who approved time-off requests.

Previously, time-off requests could only be raised for a 30-day window. Now we've extended it up to a year so that employees can request longer time-off periods in one request while streamlining the tedious approval process for managers.

We added new restrictions to prevent late clock ins and early clock outs.

View shift notes to better understand the context of tasks, priorities, and handover while accepting an open shift.

Earlier, all shift drop requests required the manager's approval. Now, employees can drop off their shifts without approval from managers.

We have included permission to allow or restrict employees from raising their own time-off requests. Furthermore, you can also allow managers to approve employees' time off but not their own.

We facilitate data import into Microsoft Excel by offering the XLSX file format in addition to CSV during export.

Give access to your managers to add and edit time off requests on behalf of other employees.

Employees can add notes to their clock in and clock out submissions. These notes will be referred to upon reviewing the timesheets. A note would help explain the employee's exact reasons if they clock out late.

Employees can add a comment while submitting a shift request. A notification will be sent when a comment is added. This enhancement allows both employees and employers to stay informed and adds more context to employee requests.

Employers can now clock in and clock out on behalf of employees by simply viewing the Who's Working and No Show tabs from the dashboard. This ensures staff schedule records are accurate.

Sort all the requests by date range based on the date of submission or by the time off requests by employees. The sorting makes the searching process much easier when looking for particular time off requests.

Filter requests by date range to swap with specific employees and provide better visibility of the available shifts. Employees can make an informed decision about how they want to swap shifts and with which employee.
