Configure the Answer Bot on your website

Description

Answer Bot is a type of chatbot which provides 360-degree support to visitors. It works based on the data available in your Resources modules such as articles and FAQs. Whenever a brand is created inside SalesIQ, an Answer bot for the corresponding brand will be created automatically. But, the answer bot will not be activated unless configured.
