Onboard your team members

Having a team to assist visitors can reduce the workload if multiple team members assist all of your visitors. In Zoho SalesIQ, you can add your teammates as Operators.

Operators can perform various actions, such as managing your business and creating chatbots, supervising other operators, analyzing your business performance, and much more. Having a team of Operators ensures that your visitors always get the help they need while allowing your business to operate more efficiently.

In SalesIQ, you can assign three different roles for operators:

  1. Administrator - They can access all information and edit configurations in Zoho SalesIQ.
  2. Supervisor - They can supervise and train other operators to assist visitors better. They also have permission to add and manage resources and bots in their associated departments.
  3. Associate - They can connect with visitors via chat or call and send proactive chat invitations.
