Sometimes you will want to convey your visitor that the conversation has ended, to move on to the next conversation. The end chat feature sends a pre-defined message to your visitor at the end of a conversation. This message reminds your visitors that the conversation has ended but that they can still chat to you by clicking "Click here" in the end message.
The chat session can be ended by the customer or the operator. Ending a chat, creates a chat transcript which can be emailed or printed by the visitor. The entire chat transcript of that particular visitor will be pushed to different platforms integrated with SalesIQ in case the visitor has a presence in those integration.
