How to change the operator's communication language?
If you wish to change the operator's language, then:
- Navigate to Settings -> Operators, choose the operator name and click on the Edit Profile option.
2.In the Locale section, choose the language you prefer from the drop down, and click Update.
The Operators (Supervisor and Associates) can also choose their language from their Zoho SalesIQ console:
- Click My profile.
- Click the Edit button at the top right.
- Then choose a language, which you prefer from the drop-down, and click Update.
On selecting the choose a language option, Zoho SalesIQ will take the browser language as default.
Zoho SalesIQ supports the below-listed languages:
