Configuring Zoho SalesIQ to your CS Cart web store

  • Log into the CS Cart admin panel, then go to the “Design” tab and select “Layouts” from the drop down.

  • On the Default tab, click on “Add block”, as shown in the below image.

  • In the "Create New Block" tab, select "Any HTML block/ Smarty content".

  • Click "settings" on the created new block as shown in the below image.

  • Fill in the required details in the “General” tab. On the “Content” tab, paste the Zoho SalesIQ code and click "save".

Note: You must enclose the Zoho SalesIQ code within the {literal} {/literal} tags.

Getting Zoho SalesIQ Code Snippet

  • Login to your Zoho SalesIQ Operator console.
  • Navigate to Settings -> Websites, click on the name of the website you are attempting to include in a page.
  • Select Live Chat. In the Installation section, click Copy this code to copy the code snippet.

Note: To receive live chat notifications you should be logged in to https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/
