What is Zoho SalesIQ?

​How to log into SalesIQ?

Go to Zoho.com/SalesIQ. Enter the login credentials in the sign in page, and click on the Sign In button.

Where to get the Zoho SalesIq code to track the website visitors?

You can get the SalesIQ code on the welcome page of Zoho SalesIQ, or go to Settings -> Web Embed -> Float window option. Copy and paste the code into the HTML Source file of your website and publish the website. You can now track the website visitors on the SalesIQ dashboard.

Note: The visitor tracking is supported only in the Float embed. Please make sure you have the float embed inserted into your website from the welcome page or the web embed section.

Is it possible to send the code to the webmaster or web developer?

Yes, you can mail the code to your webmaster or web developer to insert in your website source code by clicking on the "Send to Webmaster" option below the SalesIQ code.

Where to track the website visitors?

You can track your website visitors on the Visitor Online section (SalesIQ dashboard). The visitor's on your website will be tracked and displayed in the Rings view or listed in the List view. You can view the basic information like Name, Country Flag and Visit duration in the SalesIQ Dashboard.

How to answer and end the chat?

If the visitor initiates the chat using the Chat widget from your website, the incoming chat alert will pop-up mentioning the visitors Name/Random ID and Question in your SalesIQ screen. Click on the Accept button to answer the chat. Once the conversation is over, click on the End chat button to disconnect the chat. If the visitor disconnects the chat, then you can simply click on the close option to close the chat.

​How to initiate chat from the dashboard to the visitor?

In Visitor Online section, click above the visitors in the rings view or list view. The Visitor Info tab will appear, enter the message in the chat area, and hit enter. If you have more than one department, choose the department after hitting enter.
