Send Chat Data in Mail

Description:

  • This API can be used to send the chat transcript, notes, visitor info by mail.

Requested Payload:

  • to_address [Mandatory] - To specify the email addresses to whom the mail has to be sent. 
  • data [Mandatory] - To specify the data to be sent in the mail. Data can be in the form of message/info/notes
  • subject - To specify the subject of the mail
  • content - To specify the content of the mail that needs to be added along with the data.
  • cc_address - To specify the email address to which the mail needs to be sent as a copy publicly.

Note that you can use only five email addresses under cc_address and to_address at a time, use commas to separate the email addresses.
