Roles

What is a role?

The ability or the permission provided to an operator to perform certain functions  inside your portal, such as creating a new brand, taking over a chat, integrations, etc.,

What are the roles available in SalesIQ?

There are three roles that you can assign to an operator in SalesIQ. They are:

  1. Admin
  2. Supervisor
  3. Associate

Note:
‚ÄčThere is another role called Portal Owner which will be held only by the portal's creator; they will have complete ownership of the portal. Only the current portal owner can change the ownership by assigning other admins as portal owner. If the portal owner leaves the portal without assigning a new owner, the ownership will be provided to volunteers from the portal.
