FAQs

What are FAQs?

FAQs are pre-drafted answers to common questions asked by visitors about your product or service. You can send FAQs to your visitors from the chat window.

How do I add a FAQ?

  1. In the SalesIQ dashboard, go to Resources > FAQs
  2. Click Add.
