What are brands?

Brands are the new and smarter way to bring all your different websites in one SalesIQ portal without subscribing to multiple portals. You can apply a unique set of customizations and configurations for each brand in your portal without affecting the other brands. You can also configure a different bot for each brand to assist visitors based on the website they land on. 

How do I add a new brand in my portal?

  • In SalesIQ, navigate to Settings > Brands. 
  • Click Add. Name your brand and click Create
  • Now add a description for your brand and then associate departments and enable the usage of resources associated with the departments. 
  • Then, follow the steps in this guide to set up a brand.
