What are articles?

Articles are a collection of self-service materials that you can draft inside SalesIQ and share with customers on the chat window during a conversation or display in the visitor chat window for self-service. 

How can I create new articles?

  1. Inside the SalesIQ dashboard, navigate to Resources > Articles.
  2. Click on Add. 

How do I enable articles in the visitor chat window?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Brands > {Your brand name} > Configurations > Channels. 
  2. On the Website channel row, turn on the Knowledge Base toggle.
