Enhanced visibility

Our UI features spotlight reading, which highlights the screen area the user is pointing at and masks other parts to minimize diversions. It also includes a compact scrollbar that appears on hover, customizable font size and style, underlined links, and clear error displays and descriptions, ensuring accessibility and user comfort.

Screen reader compatibility

Our text-only interface supports screen reader extensions, enabling content to be read aloud. We've also included HTML language attributes to help screen readers identify the language of the page.

Mouseless navigation

SalesIQ supports completely mouseless navigation, allowing users to seamlessly navigate through the product using only the Tab, Shift, and Enter/Return keys. It also supports keyboard shortcuts to go to specific sections of the product or perform actions.

Users can quickly locate what they need with the user-friendly search tool, eliminating the need for extensive scrolling through menus and pages. This functionality especially enhances the user experience for agents with cognitive disabilities, providing a straightforward path to retrieving information from the dashboard.

Adjust chat waiting times to accommodate agents of all abilities. This limit can be extended up to 120 seconds, providing ample time for agents to engage with visitors effectively.

Data loss prevention alerts

Agents receive alert pop-ups to prevent data loss when performing critical actions, such as deleting or disabling records or saving changes to settings. These confirmation alerts ensure that data is safeguarded against accidental loss, promoting secure and confident operation.
