My customer canceled all their subscriptions. Should I delete them and their records from my organization?
We don’t recommend deleting your customers and their subscriptions for two reasons:
- If you have to delete your customers, you must delete their transactions as well, which could mess up your reports.
- If your customer decides to renew their subscription, you just have to reactivate their subscriptions to offer them a hassle-free re-entry into your business.
