What’s different in the newest version of the Hosted Payment Pages?
If you saw a message on Zoho Subscriptions’ dashboard asking you to migrate to the newer version of hosted payment pages, it’s likely that your organization in Zoho Subscriptions is using the old version of the hosted payment pages that lacks all of the newer customization features.
Here’s what’s different in the new version:
A preview section, which shows you what your hosted payment page will look like.
New fields along with the ability to choose whether to show/hide fields. You can change the label names of fields and also decide if certain fields need to be mandatory.
Four new sections to hosted payment pages, each with new fields. The new sections are:
- Order summary
- Account Information
- Payment Information
Layout customization options that allow you to completely change the look and feel of your hosted payment pages. Some of the new layout customization options are as follows:
- Option to upload a Favicon, which will be displayed to your customers in their browser tabs.
- You can add header and footer content.
- You can change the width and background color of the whole hosted payment page.
- Option to modify the size, shape and display text of buttons.
A background image can now be set for the entire hosted payment page.
You can configure a Thank You page, which customers will be directed to after signing up.
Hosted payment pages can now be used to update payment information.
Added the ability to configure error, success and warning messages based on your customers’ actions on the hosted payment pages.
Insight: The migration process will be completed instantly and neither you nor your customers will face any service disruptions. All your existing customization options will be available in the new version as well.
These are just some of the updates that are available in the new version of hosted payment pages. Go ahead and migrate to the latest version to experience all the latest features. You can choose to migrate to the new version until June 15, 2019, after which, you’ll be migrated to the new hosted payment pages automatically.
