How do I change the format of the organization address displayed in transaction PDFs?

You can change the address format of your organisation:

From the General Page Under Preferences in Settings

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click General under Preferences.
  • Scroll down to the Organisation Address Format section.
  • Rearrange or delete the existing placeholders to format your organisation’s address as per your need. Also, you can add extra placeholders by clicking the Insert Placeholders dropdown and selecting the required placeholders.
  • Click Save.

From the Edit Template Page

By default, the organisation address format configured on the General page under Preferences will be the address format used in all templates. However, if you want to display a custom address format in any specific template, you can do so. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click PDF Templates under Customisation.
  • Select the required module in the Templates pane.
  • Hover over the template for which you want to add a custom address format and click Edit.
  • Click Transaction Details on the left sidebar.
  • Expand the Organisation Details section and click Organisation Address Format below Show Organisation Address.
  • Click Configure next to Do you want a custom address format only for this template? in the pop-up that appears.
  • Rearrange or delete the existing placeholders to format your organisation’s address as per your need. You can add extra placeholders by clicking the Insert Placeholders dropdown and selecting the required placeholders.
  • Click Preview to check if all your changes are reflecting properly.
  • Click Save in the top right corner.
