# How do I receive a Business Overview / Weekly Summary Report every week?

Zoho Books sends a **Weekly Summary Report** of the organisation to the admin if the **Send Weekly Summary report** option is enabled. The report contains a summary of Income and Expense, Cash Flow, Transactions Overview, Top Expenses, Active Projects, Alerts, and New Feature Updates.

To enable the **Send Weekly Summary report** for your organisation, follow the steps mentioned below,

*   Navigate to **Settings -> Preferences -> General** and scroll down.

*   Check the **Send Weekly Summary report** option.

> The Report is sent to the admin of the organisation every Sunday.
