Adding a Task to the Project
A project comprises of a single or multiple tasks that need to be completed. You need add tasks to your project before you log time for it. To add a task:
- Go to the Timesheet module on the left sidebar.
- Select the project for which you want to add the task.
- Click More button in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Add Task.
- Fill in the Add Task page.
Projects with other billing than Based on Task Hours will have only the Task Name and Description fields. Also, the option Billable is available with all billing methods except Fixed Cost for Project.
