How do I cancel my customers’ subscriptions?
Here are three ways to cancel your customers’ subscriptions:
You can do it by yourself from Zoho Billing’s web application
- Go to the Subscriptions module from the left sidebar.
- Click on the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Click the More dropdown and select the Cancel Subscription option.
In the pop-up that follows, you will be able to cancel the subscription immediately, or cancel it at the end of the current term.
Your customers cancel their subscriptions from the Customer Portal
If your customers have access to the Customer Portal, they will be able to cancel subscriptions by themselves. If you’d like to disable this feature, you can do so by going to Settings > Preferences > Subscription Management under Customer Portal.
