# What should I do on a payment failure?

Well, literally nothing. Zoho Billing will cover almost everything from following up with customers on your behalf to charging the card again.

Besides this, if you want to follow up with your customers manually you can use the **Payment Failures** report to get the list of all the customers for whom the payment has failed.
