The Website tab allows you to customize the properties of your web page such as browser title, meta keywords, meta description etc.

Browser Title Text - Enter the text that you wish to display as the page title of your web page that will be available at the top of the rebranded site.

Homepage

Home Page will be displayed on successful login into the white label site/domain. You can choose to list the accessible reporting databases or specific dashboards/reports as tabs for quick navigation.

Zoho Reports provides two options to customize the way reports and dashboards will be displayed in the Home Page.

Show reports/dashboards as tabs

This option will display all the selected reports and dashboards as tabs in the home page.

Selecting Show reports and dashboards as tabs will allow you to further customize the homepage using the below options.

  • Show Selected Views - Select this option to choose specific instances of reports and dashboards across all the reporting databases in your account. You can choose any number of reports and dashboards.

  • Show Views matching the given names - Selecting this option will list all the distinct view names that are available across all reporting databases. You can select the view name that needs to be displayed in home page. This will be useful if you want to display a view with the same name as tabs across a shared database.
Let us say you have two databases A and B each containing a report with the name "Sales".  The User X has access to the database A, User Y has access to the database B, and User Z has access to both A and B. Now, User X will be able to see the Sales report from database A, User Y will be able to see the report from database B and User Z will be able to see the report from both the databases.

You can select the views and re-order them using the up and down arrows available next to the Selected Views section. Clicking the Remove all link will remove all the selected views.

Show "View all Reports" links in the tabs panel - Check this option to display a "View all reports" link. This option will enable you to view all the reports and dashboards that are shared with you.

Show "Toolbar" for all reports/dashboards - Select this option to display the toolbar for individual reports that are displayed on the homepage

List Shared Databases

This option will list all the reporting databases that are shared to the user.

Please do note that to have a database shared to a user, it must first be enabled. Click to learn more.

Product

The Product tab allows you to configure the Product settings and link URL's within the rebranded site.

Product Logo Link URL - Enter the URL to which you wish to redirect the page upon clicking the Logo.

PDF Logo - Upload the Logo to be used at the bottom of the page when you export the reports and dashboards as PDF files. Supported file formats for the logo are .gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp and the recommended size is 170 x 25 px

Powered by Logo - Upload the Logo that needs to be shown when you embed the reports and dashboards. Supported file formats for the logo are .gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp and the recommended size is 170 x 25 px.

Display current database name on top of the explorer - Check this option to display the corresponding database name at the top of the explorer tab.
