Activating Zoho Recruit from Google Apps

Zoho Recruit for Google Apps is available in the Google Apps Marketplace. Google Apps users with the Super Administrator role can activate Zoho Recruit for Google Apps for your organization.

Note

  • When you have a Zoho Recruit account (any Edition) - On activation, you will be able to access all the features. Note that the Gmail integration will be available only if you have Zoho Mail Add-on for your account.
  • When you do not have a Zoho Recruit account - While activating, you will get the Zoho Recruit - Enterprise Edition Trial Version with Zoho Mail Add-on for 15 days. During the trial period, you can evaluate:
    • Features of Zoho Recruit - Enterprise Edition
    • Add users from Google Apps to Zoho Recruit
    • Import contacts from Google Apps to Zoho Recruit
    • Export events from Zoho Recruit to Google Apps
    • Attach files from Google Drive to Zoho Recruit
    • Integrate Google Mail with Zoho Recruit

After the 15 day trial, you can still access the following features without upgrading to the Paid Editions of Zoho Recruit:

    • Features of Zoho Recruit - Free Edition
    • Import contacts from Google Apps to Zoho Recruit
    • Export events from Zoho Recruit to Google Apps

Activating Zoho Recruit for Google Apps

To activate Zoho Recruit from Google Apps, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator's privilege.
  2. In the AdminConsole page, click Apps.
    The services that you have added from different sources will be listed.
  3. Click Marketplace Apps. 
  4. Click the Add Marketplace Apps icon.
  5. In the Google Apps Marketplace, search for the Zoho Recruit application.
  6. From the search results, select Zoho Recruit and click + Install App.
    Next, in the Get ready to install page click continue.
  7. In the Granting Access page, review the list of Google data APIs, permissions and click Accept.
    The service will be added.

To create a Zoho Recruit account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Google Apps with the Super Administrator privilege.
  2. In the Google Apps Dashboard, or Google universal navigation, click Zoho Recruit application.
  3. In the Welcome to Zoho Recruit page, select Enable Zoho Recruit access to Google Apps user and click Start.
    A Zoho Recruit account will be created for your Google Apps domain.
