This feature is for Google users. Google Apps users should refer to Zoho Recruit for Google Apps. 

Activate Google Contacts and Calendar Integration  

To activate Google Contacts and Calendar from Zoho Recruit:

1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
   
2. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google 
   
3. In the Zoho Recruit for Google page, click the Contacts or Calendar tab, then click Authenticate Google Contacts or Authenticate Google Calendar, as applicable.

5. In the Google Accounts pop-up, enter the email address and password to your Google Account and Sign in.
   
   
   
6. In the next pop-up, click Allow.
   
   The Zoho Recruit integration with Google Contacts and Calendar will be activated.
   

Deactivate Google Contacts and Calendar Integration  

To remove Zoho Recruit from Google:

1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
   
2. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google.
   
3. In the Zoho Recruit for Google page, click the Contacts or Calendar tab, and click Deactivate.
   
4. The Zoho Recruit integration for Google Contacts and Calendar will be removed.
   

Enable Sync Permissions for Profiles  

1. Go to Setup > Security Control > Profiles.
   
2. In the Profiles page, select the profile you want to give sync access to and click Edit.
   
3. In Apps Permissions, select the Sync with Google Calendar and Sync with Google Contacts checkboxes.
   
4. Click Save.
