Accessing Zoho Recruit
Zoho Recruit is a part of Zoho’s suite of online collaboration, business and productivity applications. You will be able to access Zoho Recruit by using your common account for all Zoho Services (hereinafter “Zoho Account”).
Accessing other Zoho Services
Many Zoho Services are integrated with Zoho Recruit. Your Zoho Account will also allow you to access all Zoho Services even if such Zoho Services are not integrated with Zoho Recruit. Use of some of these Zoho Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such Zoho Services (hereinafter “Service Specific Terms”). You must read, understand and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding Zoho Service.
Accessing Third Party Applications Integrated with Zoho Recruit
Third party applications (hereinafter "Third Party Application(s)") may be integrated with Zoho Recruit. Access to and use of the Third Party Applications may require acceptance of the terms of service and privacy policies applicable to such Third Party Application (hereinafter "Third Party Terms"). You are responsible for reading and understanding the Third Party Terms before accessing or using any Third Party Application. You acknowledge and agree that Zoho is not liable for any Third Party Applications. While we will try to provide advance notice whenever reasonably possible, Zoho may suspend or discontinue any integration with a Third Party Application at any time and at its sole discretion. Zoho will not be liable to you or your end users for any resulting loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Job Boards
Zoho Recruit enables you to post job listings on third-party job boards ("Job Boards"). For the Job Boards feature, Zoho acts solely as a facilitator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Job Board. By using the Job Boards feature, you authorize Zoho to share the content of your job listings with the applicable Job Boards.
Certain Job Boards may require you to create and maintain an account directly with the applicable Job Board to post job listings. You are responsible for creating and maintaining such accounts and complying with the applicable Job Board's terms and policies.
Job Boards may review, reject, modify, suspend, or remove job listings at their sole discretion. Zoho does not guarantee that any job listing will be published or remain active on any Job Board, and you are responsible for independently verifying the status of your listings.
Zoho reserves the right to screen or review job listings submitted through Zoho Recruit to verify their legitimacy, and compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Zoho reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if Zoho has reason to believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Restrictions on Use
You must not use Zoho Recruit to engage in spamming, phishing, social engineering, fake job postings, employment fraud, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or for any other deceptive or fraudulent activities.
Usage Limits
Zoho may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by you. You understand that Zoho may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity. You must make sure that your usage is within the usage limits prescribed by Zoho in order to avail uninterrupted service.
Feature deprecation
Zoho may, at its sole discretion, modify, replace, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Service (hereinafter "Deprecated Feature"). Zoho will provide notice of such deprecation through a service announcement. For a period of six months following the announcement of deprecation (hereinafter "Deprecation Period"), Zoho will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the Deprecated Feature. You understand that Zoho is not obliged to provide any enhancements or updates to the Deprecated Feature during the Deprecation Period.
Zoho may, in its discretion, cease supporting the Deprecated Feature during the Deprecation Period if i) Zoho is required to do so by law, or ii) you have breached any provision of these Terms or the General Terms of Service, or iii) Zoho determines that continued support of the Deprecated Feature is likely to result in a security, legal, technical, or operational risk for Zoho, its users, or third parties.
Modification of Terms of Use
Zoho reserves the right to modify the Zoho Recruit Terms of Use. Modifications to the Terms of Use are effective upon your use of Zoho Recruit subsequent to publication of such modification.
