How can I upgrade my Zoho Recruit subscription?

To upgrade your Zoho Recruit subscription, follow the steps given below:

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
    NoteYou must be an Admin user to access these details and make modifications.
  2. On the top panel, click Subscription.
    A new tab or window will open in your browser displaying a page with available subscription options and an order form. 
  3. In the first section, choose between monthly or yearly subscription options. Then, click Upgrade under the option which best suits your business needs.
  4. In the Plan Details section, enter the details of the plan. Here you can confirm your choice to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Also, enter details of the number of recruiters who will be using Zoho Recruit and any add-ons you would like added to your subscription.
  5. Click Place Order.
  6. In the Payment Details section, enter the details of your credit card, billing address and contact information. 
  7. Click Continue.
  8. In the Confirm Order section, review the summary of your order. If all details are correct, click Make Payment.
    A Successfully Upgraded pop-up is displayed if the processing was successful.

 

To upgrade your Zoho Recruit subscription from a paid plan to a new paid plan, follow the steps given below:

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
    NoteYou must be an Admin user to access and edit these details.
  2. On the top panel, click Subscription.
    A new tab or window will open in your browser displaying a page with a summary of your current subscription. 
  3. When you move your mouse over the current plan, a Change Plan option is displayed on the right.
    Clicking Change Plan will display available upgrade and downgrade options. 
  4. Click Upgrade under the plan you wish to upgrade to.
  5. A summary of the upgrade is displayed on the next screen. 
  6. Check all the details displayed and click Confirm.
    A Successfully Upgraded pop-up is displayed if the processing was successful.
