How can I submit resume to the hiring manager?

You can send selected candidate resume to hiring managers for perusal.

Note: By default, only Administrator and Standard profiles will have access to the feature.

To submit resume to hiring manager:

  1. Click the Candidates tab.
  2. In the Candidates Home page, click a record.
    The Candidates Details page is displayed.
  3. Click Submit to Hiring Manager on the right panel.
  4. In the Send Mail pop-up window, do the following:
    1. Search and enter the Department name and Job Opening.
    2. Select the Email Template or manually enter the Subject and compose the email message.
    3. Change the From address if required. Also, attach files and enter additional email addresses in the CC field (if required).
    4. Click Send.

Note: While selecting the email template to be sent to the hiring manager, only templates created under the Candidate module will be listed.
