How to manage the fields in Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor view?

Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor enables the user to configure the fields to be displayed in the Resume Extractor view. Customizing the fields will make the process more easy and efficient.

To configure fields in Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor:

  1. Right-click the Resume Extractor  icon next to your address bar and click Options from the list displayed.
     
    The Zoho Recruit login page is displayed. 
  2. In the Zoho Recruit login page, enter the username and password of your Zoho Recruit account. Configure Candidate Fields page is displayed.
    Note: If you are already logged into Zoho Recruit, you will be redirected to the Configure Candidates Fields page.
     
  3. Select the fields to be displayed in the Resume Extractor window.
  4. Click Update.

Note:

  • Only users with access to Candidates, Import Resume and Associate Candidate to Job Opening features can use Resume Extractor.
  • The Zoho Recruit fields selected will be mapped to the corresponding import fields using the Resume Parser Mapping feature in the Setup page of your Recruit account.
