How to send emails with an Unsubscribe link?

You can add Unsubscribe link when you send an individual mail or a bulk mail to allow the email recipients to opt out from your next email and avoid Anti-SPAM complaints.

To add unsubscribe link in an individual email:

  1. Click Candidates/Contacts tab.
  2. Click on a particular candidate/contact record.
  3. In the record details page, click Emails tab.
  4. Click Send Mail.
  5. Compose message or select an email template.
  6. Enable "Include Unsubscribe link". You can also customize the unsubscribe message.

To add unsubscribe link in bulk email:

  1. Click Candidates/Contacts tab.
  2. In the List view, enable the check-boxes to select multiple candidates/contacts.
  3. Click Select actions ---> Send email.
  4. Compose message or select an email template.
  5. Enable "Include Unsubscribe Link" to add an unsubscribe link. You can also customize the unsubscribe message.
